Ask your healthcare team questions, keep an eye on your symptoms, and speak up when you notice a change in your symptoms or health. A bone marrow or stem cell transplant is the only cure for myelofibrosis at this time  for eligible patients. A decision to have this procedure should be made with your entire healthcare team, family and caregivers.
